I want to know EXACTLY what activities you do everyday (morning, afternoon and night) inorder to get your body in fit shape, loose weight. I just need the activities part, not the eating healthy part. (I have info on that eating part) ALSO, please consider school and work, what's a person to do with those?

I don't have a car, so I walk or bicycle to work. That helps a whole lot, since I'm easily walking or biking two miles a day without even trying to.

You want things that are aerobic, where you get your heart beat up. Things like running or jogging, bicycling, even swimming. But it's best if it's something that YOU like to do. I took up stilting (it's not as hard as it looks!) and now I have calves of steel :D

Try to focus on gaining muscle rather than losing weight, because muscle weighs more than fat but is generally better. Don't worry about skinny, worry about being strong and a bad-*** -- it's so much more fun that way.

Best of luck!

i wouldn't even step outside because of the pollution in the air, do you never smell pollution when your out and about, i ain't a part of green peace or nothin'

at a start you could have a 2 mile run before school, but after breakfast, get home and lift some weights for a bit, go to school, get home and feel lazy for being at school, do another 2 mile run and lift some weights, then join a football team maybe practice on a Wednesday for couple of hours, straight after this workout to include Sprinting, Jogging, Bench presses and a few sit ups, On the Friday relax at the swimming pool with a couple hours of lengths, no actual relaxing, then maybe on the weekend Run The distance of a Marathon about 25 Miles, then again hit the swimming pool for a few unrelaxing lengths again, i don't want no whinging after all this i might actually let you, Only and only after that you can say you lead a healthy lifestyle.

I hope all this helped you lazy school child, You make me laugh HAHA

Morning I do one push up, then I start sweating. I cool off then go for a walk to my bathroom cool down and then weightlifting. I pick up that heavy toothbush and do one or two reps. Then its shower time. Afternoon I pick a heavy sandwich up for miltary press and some curls. Night time I do curls with my remote and leg raises from my sofa.....best thing is to keep active and possible gym.
