I admit, until i read your question i never pondered how important bacon is to me. Imagine my surprise when discovering it plays a vital role in my families everyday life.
Lean bacon (of course) is used for so many things! I love it! So versatile and user friendly!

I guarantee you not as important in my everyday life as it is in Yak Ham Samwiches...that boy has serious issues when it comes to bacon..I think that is the one thing that just might make him do without beer..can you believe THAT????

Bacon is my favorite meat. I am a bacon wh@re from Nova Scotia where the bacon is fresh, smoked or maple!!!! Yummm...brb...gotta` get bacon!

I work in a kitchen and we have a salad bar and crumbled bacon is usually on it. I like it but I can leave it too.
