They speak Swedish as a native language and learn English (and usually a third or fourth language) in school.
Unlike in Germany, France, and Italy, American TV programs and movies, except for children, in Sweden are subtitled rather than dubbed. That's one of many reasons why Swedes have such excellent English.

Swedes speak their native language Swedish. However, they also speak excellent English. I currently live in Sweden and it is tough for me to learn Swedish because so many swedes prefer speaking English.

Try starting an English teaching school and secretly flirting with the gals , some of em are real good lookin chicks better than Sweden.

They speak Swedish. Why would you think otherwise? Only on american TV programs and movies does all the world speak English....be they German, French, Jewish, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Tiawanese, Canadian, Newfieland, Mexican(for the general population that live there.
Those that have to trade with other countries learn other languages.
