The question is not is the world going mad, but why are some people getting so extreme in their hate of others? If we look at the cause of the "madness", the majority of it is casued by those that never did what their parents told them to do. These are the miscreant. They never wanted to go to school and get a good education, they never wanted to go to church-temple or mosque, they always wanted to do things contrary to the expected. So they have become evil jealous people who feed off of other jealous people to do evil things to others.
Sad. These people are. hen you have the mega corporations who magnify the rift between the haves and the have-nots'. Make the whole class structure in the world unbearable. These people are lead by those who believe that you need massive amounts of money to survive when the world erupts in violence and hate.
Seems like this whole affair is something out of a George Orwell novel.

Oh yes! I think it's always been a little mad but the media seems to create so much panic over just about everything that people have gone a little mad.
We're so afraid of what might happen in 10 years time that we've stopped enjoying our lives... we panic over just about everything we eat incase it's contaminated, or the threat of terrorist attacks or global warming and we never really work out any cures, we just panic....
I guess it's human nature though... we have to have something to keep us going and it would be boring if it was all easy!
