Do you mean your license WAS suspended??? If not what are you worried about? Were you convicted?? Being charged is nothing until your convicted or plead guilty...

If what your asking is: I was charged with underage drinking, went to court, was found guilty (or pleaded guilty) and my licence WAS suspended for 2 years after that. Is that legal?

Then yes of course it's legal...driving is a privlege, not a right...now at least I know I'll be safe from you getting behind the wheel of a car when your crooked for a least 2 years!!!

It depends on the laws of your State and the understanding of the court in your case. Don't worry about it.

I guess the dumb clerk who processed your initial crime didn't do their job properly.

Along came Johnny Come Lately and he is correcting someone's error. Yes, you must pay for the crime. Haven't you heard: there's no free rides. pay me now or pay me later.
