When the pump is replaced, it "disturbs" the well and frees dirt and rocks.
Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of this is to run the water until it clears up.

It will clear up in a few days. When the old pump was pulled from the casing there is a deposit that fills the hole at the end of the case and it is knocked off into the water supply. Not uncommon.

Run the water on all tubs, sinks, & showers full blast! If this does not help, insist for them to dig well some place else! You do not want to make the mistake I did and wait till your warranty is up and be stuck with crappy water and a $7000 filteration system that does not work.

is there a bypass valve at the pump? should be able to open it and let the pump run until that water runs clear. Then route the water back to you house as normal

install a filter. The only other thing is to let the water settle down. Running the water will not clear it up, it only makes it worse. The well needs to calm down so the silt drop's to the bottom again.
