no immature answers please.. i know what people are like on here..
well i was walking with my friend then suddenly i got this sharp pain in the left side of my body just above my breast and i had abit of trouble breathing.. it didnt stop me walking but it was very very painfull and uncomftable because i found it hard to breath.. this lasted no longer than 10minutes.
and also sometimes when i stretch i get a pain in my lower rips in the left side of my body..
could it just be growing pains? im only 15..
dont tell me to go doctors...
they dont know anything.. i callapsed twice and get dizzyness wenever i stand up.and cant see for a few seconds.. they put it down to a virus i had for a year...
could that be connected aswell?
plus when the sun shines in my eyes.. i jump and kind of forget where i am for a few seconds.. is that normal?
could all of that be connected and if yes... then what is wrong with me? or am i overreacting and will it all go away..

Many of the so called growing pains are actually the early signs of malnutrition. Two things I would recommend you look up on the web and decide if you want to try them are Rose Hips and an herb called cats claw.
After you have informed yourself as to what I'm saying might help or not, a 30 day supply will cost about $20.00 for your test run. Rose hips are colloidal which means the body can absorb them with the water. most vitamins are not in a form the body can use, so the body flushes them.
Cats Claw is an herb that has many claimed benefits, including helping to balance female hormonal problems, it's an anti-viral...anti-fungal...anti-bactrial agent, it aids with most digestive and respiratory problems. One site I was at said the German researchers give this herb excellent blood thining properities as well.
I worry that you do not feel the medical profession can help, so try and list your symptoms on http://www.webmd.com/ and see if it can help.
your dizziness leads me to believe you are either suffering from a breathing problem or a circulatory problem or both... A blood clot in the lungs could just as easily account for your chest pain as those who are telling you its gas! Your side pains in that area could also be signs of blood clots. Not knowing your personal history (as to broken ribs in that area for instance) would keep most people from providing you with a correct answer to this Medical question.
What was the nature of your viral problem is also of great importance, as well as any side effects to the treatment you received at the time.
If I didn't know better I'd say you sound like my brother who passed a few years back from Lupus. What you describe is not in any way normal!
Good Luck with your search, and keep me informed if you will.

You need to see your doctor and tell him you want a referral to a cardiologist. If your doctor is an Internist (not an MD) that would actually be better. collapsing and dizziness along with chest pains could be a sign of many things including heart problems and brain tumors. GO TO THE DOCTOR!! You must realize it's not just growing pains or you wouldn't have asked a bunch of strangers.

If you feel that doctors do not know anything, why are you bothering to ask here?
Do you think that you are going to find someone here who has more knowledge than a person who has gone through med school, internship and residency?
You can not even verify anything about the person that responds to your question.
Maybe you need to see a different doctor.

i am not an expert but...the thing that i see that are normal...
when u get up u can't see for a few seconds....
the dizzyness might be because of lacking blood and i also use to have pain in my my lower ribs when i stretch but they were sooo rare....
i do recommend you to tell your parents and go to the doctors...
wish you well

It sounds really like wind, scarey but not dangerous. my friend had the same, got a fright and rushed to casualty, they told her to try to burp or fart, she was mortified!
Dizziness and fainting is common in girls of your age, I would say not connected. If you are worried see your doctor for peace of mind but I'm 95% sure I'm right.

The pains sound alot like growing pains. However, the dizziness issue seems serious? Did they test you to see if you had a balance disorder of some kind? idk about the sunlight thing, if you're sleeping, that makes sense and is normal, if not, it's odd.

1) go see a doctor. seriously. they DO know everything.
2) it might be a heart infarction. u might have small blockages in your heart that need to be addressed immediatly. its not rare for teenagers to have heart attacks. i know a kid who had one during football season and he was only 16. so go see a doctor right away
