Well, I do think that they were involved in malicious behavior. And while they should not be shot, I do believe that they should have some responsibility and punishment in the matter.

Not only for sharing responsibility for their friend being killed, but also responsibility for the tiger being killed. They all were most likely acting like idiots, and they suffered the consequences.

It is quite obvious what happened in this case, and the tiger was not to blame. The so called "victims" most likely were the real culprits. They are the ones who set the stage for the consequences that followed.

The lesson to be learned is that if there is a wild animal in a cage or enclosure, don't try and crawl in with them. Don't start nothing, and there won't be nothing.

So, should the guys be shot? Probably not. But the ones who did not get killed should be in jail right now.

Shame on the media. Shame on the public. The family must be going through an awful nightmare. How dare people point the finger at the victims. If you're going to keep a tiger in the zoo for the public to exhibit, you take full responsiblity. The zoo is fully responsible. End of story.

No. You see normal people hold human life at a higher value than that of an escape tiger on a killing rampage. What you suggest is sick minded. Yeah it was sad the tiger had to die. But it was even more distressful that one person died and others were injured.

These things happen a couple times a year with large cats kept domestically. People have no business keeping large cats like tigers and lions. Now it looks as all the zoos in America are gonna have to give serious thought about keep big dangerous cats. Personally I'd rather see lions and tigers left in their natural habitat.

Yes, of course, no choice , no contest.
Did you know that one those beasts are capable of taking down a 3000 pound water buffalo in a matter of 30 seconds????????
And are long limbed, so are very capable of jumping a very high distance.
So don't kid yourself.

What kind of a dumbass question is that? The guys we're lying on the ground bleeding to death. What good would it have done to shoot them?
