My 10 year old daughter is 5 feet tall 90 lbs and wears a 32 A cup bra. She is very uncomfortable with larger breasts than her friends. Is there any way her breasts can be smaller than having her work out? Thanks Alot

that's sounds about normal size maybe she needs a different bra, sports bra or the ones w/o padding.

Well, her friends will probably start blossoming all over the place and be bigger than your daughter. 32A is not large at all. I guess any breast there seems like a lot to her. Seems like exercises may make them larger. She needs to get her mind on something else; there is nothing that can be done about it except wear clothes that don't emphasize them. Wear some layers of clothing to cover them up.
She's a good height for 10 years old. Some bras can make you look larger; so maybe you could get her another style of bra.

I'm sure that you know that some girls develop breasts sooner than others. It is normal for your 10 y/o daughter to feel uncomfortable about having breasts when other girls her age have not started to develop them yet.

This being said, that doesn't mean that you should give in to your daughter's feelings of being uncomfortable. All of us want to fit in by being the same as others. It is not too early for you to start to teach your daughter that we should not always give in to our emotions.

It is also not too soon for you to teach your daughter that we need to accept ourselves for who we are, despite our differences from others.

Slowing down your daughter's development of secondary sexual characteristics (such as breast development), by excessive exercise, may harm her sexual development to the point that she might not develop the ability to become pregnant. Some of the young girls that compete in the Olympics have had that problem.

you cant make breats smaller but you can make them look smaller. encourage your daughter to not wear to tight fitting clothing. also try to avois padded, and push up bras. i would reccomend her wearing a plain rayon material bra or a thick sports bra.

Why are you concerned if your daughter is comfortable? Even if she is an early bloomer, chances are everyone will catch up. There are tons of girls out there who would love to be her. Basically if she's ok with it you should support her as well.

try a sports bra, they will flatten them out and appear smaller, best of luck with your daughter!
