this sounds extremely serious! She appears to be schizophrenic, split personalities, which is a serious mental disorder.
Has she gone to a psychiatrist or tried to seek help from any professionals?
This is the only thing i can suggest as i think it is too serious for anything else than professional help.
I hope she is alright and gets through this. She needs to find a way that does not involve cutting herself.

See if she'll let you go to the psychiatrist with her and you can ask about how to deal with this. Something like this needs professional advice because they know not only ways to help but also what you cannot do. It could be a really bad situation if you try doing things that upset her.

Heres whats going on ....
there actually is a split personality desease out there, which is normally caused by a trama, and the other personality is created to cover the pain.
yes this can be cured, there are plenty of thereipists out there who are trained for just this.
the first thing to do is talk to the main personality to se if they know whats going on?
then talk to them about getting help. She shouldnt take it offensively if she knows she has split personalities.

Honestly, it's obviously hard to have a relationship with two people. So if I were you, I'd tell her that you need the old girl back because two is hard to handle. And if there's no way she can give you that, I'd say just stay friends with her and try and help her get through this and get help. That's really serious..

i think she does this because she is still in contact with people who hurt her somehow
my advice is to try to find out a little about whom she hates the most, ask her but with care , without leting her know what your intentions are, it could be one of her parents or another relative or a family friend or at school, anyway, identify the object of her anger and then remove her from that enviroment that brings her bad ideas , you could move together someplace else and do not let her speak with that person alone, without you there showing you support and protect her

#1. Only let her have spoons.
#2. Notify others that care about her. This is destructive behavior.
#3. Perhaps some medication is in order.
#4. If ultimately you fear for your safety or the situation will not improve, it would be time to end it.

She, like many girls, is doing this out of attention, this 'emo' phase, and her hormones are giving her mood swings and the urge to do this. It's most likely she does not have another personality, just a change of mood. If she cuts herself you need to tell her to stop, and if she still does it, you need to tell her parents, or tell another responsible older person of this, as self-abuse is caused by depression and needs to be cured via medication, or theropy.

If you love her, encourage her to get help. Cutting yourself is a sign of depression. It will only get worse without help. She needs your support and not your judgment (not that you are judging her). Explain that her action are not healthly and you'd like to help her get the help she needs. If she refuses there isn't much you can do...but move on, if it's really bothering you.

That is a very dangerous thing, whether it is a game or it's for real. She needs help and I see that you love her ; which is good because she will need all the support she can get. Have her seek help immediately!
