Ah, the big bang theory. I agree with you. The gift of our earth came from the stars not the other way around. My answer is ridiculous.

aaahhhhh, I am at once transported to a wintry cold night so crisp and clear at my fathers home far from city lights....we are all connected to the universe, we are of it in the most intimate of ways. That is where our life energy flies to when it is done being stuck in our bodies, we will touch it soon enough....

I think that the earth is not ours to give - I think that it is on loan to us. Unfortunately, we have chosen not to treat it with the respect it deserves. We had better be careful or this magnificent world we live on will be taken away. We won't have the option to keep it.
