My wife and I keep it balanced. We tell each other that we love each other about 10 times a day, but also let the other one have their space when they need it. She left for the market about three hours ago, and I haven't bothered to call her, because I know this is her time, and I trust her. I've found in my life that, when people do smother each other, it is usually a cover up for the simple fact that they really do not trust each other.

No I think I get just the right amount. We don't have to be around each other 24-7 but we enjoy the time we do get

i feel like my boyfriend doesnt know how to balance the right amount of attention..
like hell give me WAY too much attention and smother me and talk to me constantly when im really busy (or even visit me at work too often)
and when i have absalutely nothing to do it seems like he doesnt give me enough.. like hell just sit there and watch tv.. he wont talk to me or anything.
its weird.

lately i get a lot and i love it. sometimes tho i do feel like the tv, or yahoo gets the majority of his affections! whats a girl to do?

no my partner doesn't give me loads of attention nor am i deprived of it, although i do think i smother him at times with it.
