no, scorpios are sexy, passionate and loyal. they can be frugal and spendthrift, but are very lavish with gifts to loved ones and lovers.

I think it depends on the situation. My Scorpio male friend spends money for nice things and has been generous with me.Then other times he complains about the price of things. As for myself, I could be a better tipper and I like to get the best price for things. Sometimes I will spend a lot on something nice for myself. Never been a big gift giver though. If I am a cheapo, oh well. I have other things going for me.

I think Scorpios are cheap when it comes to spending their own money on someone else. They would rather make money and use people than have to spend money and feel like their being taken advantage of. It's funny how all the Scorpios freaked out when you even so much as suggested they were cheap. Perhaps the very question struck a sensitive nerve?

Definitely not cheap, but maybe frugal. I love getting deals and catching things on sale, but I've never been cheap. I also agree with the answer that mentioned maybe we're thrifty when it comes to ourself, but lavish gifts on loved ones. If someone I love (family or otherwise) wants or needs something, they get it no questions asked. Basically we're no where near cheap.

scorpios are not cheapos my bro is one and hes stacked wit money. when he wants to shop he goes for quality- not price. then again who really believes in scopes? i guess you need to answer your own question.

My Fathers' a Scorpio and he is. About 17 years my sister went to view a house where the owner was about to die in hospital. My parents and I went. As we wandered around the house my father found a pair of glasses which he tried on and could clearly see thru them.
Anyhow we arrived back home and my Mother said to home. where did you get those glasses! He'd pinched them!

The one I'm with is kinda frugal and doesn't like spending money, but whenever we go out he's always offering to pay, sometimes I let him, sometimes its on me, sometimes we split it. But he never bought me a gift though, after all these years, but really he is my gift I guess ; )

I will admit I'm frugal and have waited to get stuff I wanted just for that reason. But if it's worth it, I'm not frugal and will spend the money for it.
