If it works at all about how long should it take? Just curious its the last thing I have left. The hospital is all booked up and I can't be induced.

I had it done on January 30th at 12pm and my son was born January 31st at 1:40am. So it took 13hrs and 40mins for him to be born.

I walked for about 3 hours after it. I also tried to have sex but it just wasn't going to happen for me {it hurt} so i just walked around the shops, around the block I also stood and ironed for a little while.

You should also try and relax don't think about it as much as possible. Try and keep your self amused.

In my experience, my doctor stripped my membranes on a Monday and guarantee that I would be in labor within the next 48 hrs. To my suprise and my doctors suprise come Wednesday nothing had happen and she stripped my membranes again. The next day which was Thursday I had my beautiful baby boy. Good Luck hope everything goes well for you.
