Boy what you have is a baseball bat. The average penis is 5 inches erect. You do not need to worry. Also the most sensitive part of a woman's vagina is within the first 1-2 inches inside. You're more than covered. So stop worrying about your penis and concentrate on more important things in life.
P.S. Outside of penile surgery there really is no proven way to increase your penis size.

You and 80% of all men. You're already bigger than most, even if you have a couple of friends who are bigger then you. As you are 15, it might grow some more (or not at all). But you are very normal in both your size and desire to have more (especially if your two best friends have 12").

I'm pretty sure that's above average size, especially for your age. You're 15 and it's still gonna grow, so give it time. But damn, much bigger is gonna freakin' hurt the lady.

penis size is genetically predetermined, there is absolutely nothing you can do to change the size it is now, or the size it will be when you are fully grown. Maturity means you accept you are and how you are....suggest therefore that you have a whole lot of maturing to do.

Its long enough. about six inches is average. but if really feel the need and your pockets are deep enough surgery is the only way.
