What about 91 for weed eater and mower? mower is 6hp and the other is 25cc help me PLEASE! explain Can the 2 stroke run on both 89 and 91?

The simple answer is yes, but they WILL NOT develop full power. Premium fuel burns slower to prevent knock. If your spark advance cannot take advantage of this, it will run, but at lower power levels.
Save money and use regular fuel.

just use 87 octane as thats what they are made to run on, you are just wasting your money on anything else.
