Hell to the yeah!! Graffiti has made it in the Brooklyn Museum...so it's not just considered an art to me...it's considered an art to alot of people. =0) Graffiti has been around since the Roman/Mayan days and it was illegal then and still is...but it's definitely art....beautiful art to be exact.
