for some websites it says i need to select OPTIONS from the TOOLS MENU.
but i have absolutely no idea how to get to the TOOLS MENU
any help?

In the top of the internet browser, there are five icons. These sould be file, edit, view, favorites, tools, helps. Once you click the tools option, 5 more icons will pop up. One of these options is internet options. Click it.

Triangle is your friend on the PS3. It'll almost always give you more options...

what do you need help with? Why do you need to go to tools menu? What tools menu, there is no such thing.
