I realize not everyone likes such outdated acts, but many do.

Which, in your mind, is the funnier group? Explain your answer as much or as little as you like.

Thanks everyone!

The Three Stooges

The Marx Brothers or the Three Stooges, needed to be in any film together though ! I personally liked the Three Stooges better somehow, because they were really "less politically funny" compared to the Marx Brothers. However, both group of "comedians" were extremely intelligent in order to entertain generations !

Not even close. The Marx Brothers were clever and a classic comedy act. The Three Stooges were mindless and slapstick.

3 Stooges, without a doubt. Always thought the comedy of the Marx Brothers was not funny. 3 Stooges has slap stick and adult intelligence level humor in it if you can get past the slap stick.

I've never seen (to my knowledge) the Marx Brothers. I like the 3 Stooges.

I really had to think about this one because I think both are absolutely hilarious. I think I'm gonna go with the Marx Brothers though. Groucho was just so clever and funny. It's hard to beat Duck Soup!

I prefer the Mark Brothers... I love them in Duck Soup, A Day At The Races, A Night At The Opera... I just love their humor and the mix of Groucho's wit with Harpo's visual antics... and the way Chico played the piano... hilarious.
