He'll be in for the remainder of the original sentence he was on parole from, barring some other kind of early release. Whatever his original sentence was minus the time he actually served. Time on parole won't count.

Depends on the original sentence for the crime he originally committed. If it was murder, and he was sentenced to 25 years, it's 25 years. If it was DWI, and he was sentenced for 365 days, it's 365 days.
It's possible, maybe likely, he'll be let out early.

Hopefully for awhile. Breaking parole is a ridiculous offense. I'm sure he knew exactly what he was allowed to do and what was prohibited. He knowingly made a bad choice. On behalf of law abiding citizens everywhere....keep him in there for as long as it takes.

He got sentenced to jail and nobody told him for how long?
First, fire your lawyer (maybe you can even sue him) then get a real lawyer and sue the jurisdiction that imprisoned him.
