$125.00 per square for 30 year architectural on one story. This is what a jackleg/sub might charge on a weekend, it is good. Higher costs more. If you call a large Co. expect to pay twice this amount and get a real warrenty.

double the price of the shingles and that is usually the labor rate. climbing up on a ladder is 30% more
