Make the foods look fun, here is a great website with recipe idea's for picky kids to get them eating the healthier foods,
http://familyfun.go.com/recipes/family/specialfeature/pickeatagg_main/pickeatagg_main.html
Also, the more you serve these foods, and the less they have the junk, the more they will start liking the good foods. Serve the other's just as a special treat, not a daily snack! For water, you can delute some juice so it's half water and half juice, or mix it with crystle light. It is sugar free, caffiene free and makes water taste great.
Hope this helps, good luck!!

Only give fruits and water for snacks, not juice and crackers, or junk. They have no sugar added applesauce (Fruit is sweet enough without having added sugar. They also have canned fruits that are sweetened with Splenda instead of corn syrup. My son LOVES the little canned Mandarin oranges. If you can't find unsweetened my diabetes doctor told me that rinsing them helps cut back on the sugar content.

Put sprinkles on pears, peanut butter on apples, use yogurt to dip fruit in, cut a banana in half to it stands on the plate and use mini chocolate chips to make a face.
For water....food coloring. It is magic juice and makes you big and strong!!!

Offer them to your child for snacks and in his/her cup. Don't offer junk foods. You could also offer veggies with dips. Try a good variety of fruits. Some fruits can also be dipped.

Your child can't eat what he's not offered.
You offer him fruits and waters. If he doesn't want to eat them, he doesn't have to.

Just offer it in small bites or offer a variety to see if there's any they like.
They also might be going through a stage. (( My niece HATED meat until she was about 2 years old. ))

just keep giving it to them more and more instead of junk snacks. They may not like it at first but they will get used to it and start to really enjoy it.

How about putting a few granules of flavored Jello into the water? That might make it more palatable for your child.

you can always get some crystal light packets or other water flavorings. That way they are thinking they are drinking juice, but it really just flavored water. crystal light has like nothing bad in it at all.
