Is it just me or are GOP and dem candidates using her assassination as an attempt to tout their level of "experience"? Saying they know how to lead the country in moments like these. This seems soooo opportunistic and completely American. How sad.

Well, I think these candidates are pressed to say something or comment on it. It has little to do with trying to show off or anything. Nothing more than that.

In any case, Pakistanis have more pressing things to worry about now than about some American politician's words.

In some ways it is, but isn't it important to know how they would lead in this situation? I for one would like an honest answer on how a presidential candidate would deal with a very complication issue such as this. It makes a big difference in who I am willing to vote for.
