The problem is probably with your internet connection speed. You are not receiving the data fast enough to keep the buffer full.

It could be due to slow connection or high traffic.
Try watching it during off peak hours, the video will be smoother.

Or you could watch it offline.. try using 'zillatube' .

Just google search 'zillatube' to get it... it works well.
