Depends on the job.
If the job is getting drunk and running your car off a bridge and leaving your date to die, the best man for the job is Ted Kennedy.
If the job is staying with a philandering spouse to increase your own political power, the best one for the job is Hillary Clinton.
If the job is getting big endorsements, the best man for the job is Barak Obama - he got Oprah.
If the job is finding an expensive barber, the best man for the job is John Edwards.
If the job is President of the United States, it would be none of the above.

He will get us out of Iraq.
Keep us out of Iran
Take our side against the lobbyists.
Provide Health Insurance for all Americans.
Restore the image of America in the world.

Kennedy's too old and has too much baggage. Obama is too inexperienced. Clinton is too venal, and has too much explaining to do about her Senate record. I liked Edwards back in '04 and I still like him. There are Democrats I like better, but of the 4 given, the best of the lot is Edwards. Anybody who helps people who have been shafted by their health insurance company is somebody I admire.
