Or is it really corporate and private interests that are being represented?

If the interests of the average US citizen are not being represented, then how can the imposition of a Federal Income Tax be ethical?

Excellent question, think the big problem is that not enough Americans are really aware of how poorly they are represented - that's what dumbing down of America is all about, poor education and allowing the country to be flooded with people who don't even speak the language and have no other thought than surviving.

I live in DC. I have no real representation in Congress.
