Malka - why are you taking cold showers? Did your hot water heater break? Please stay warm - you only just got to this site!!! Oh! and I forgot to mention - I am only 66 and a half! CJ

Just thinking about it makes it difficult to breathe. I am not a fan of cold showers, at all.

I would never consider trying that experiment. At my age I don't need a cold shower. My passions have cooled down to the point of "chilly" already.

I have had to take them during power outages, but it was not my choice. I do remember breathing being more difficult. I don't like really hot showers. I guess I'm just a luke warm kind of gal.

I have asthma and hot showers (steam) make it hard for me to breath. Not too fond of cold showers either. Just make mine warm.

I've never taken a cold shower, but I've taken fast dips in creeks in the winter. (for strength). Talk about not being able to catch your breath going under, four quick dips and I'm running out. ;) but coming out feels great. Like a baptizing.

You couldn't pay me enough to take a cold shower. Once in a mountain stream, camping, was enough. Summer? leave the bathroom door open. Winter, close it. That's close as I'll get.

Why are you having a cold shower, the handle on the left is for Hot water!!! It would never happen.

I am not so masochistic as to ever take a cold shower. Cool in the summertime, yes but never ever COLD.

I would turn blue from lack of oxygen , never take cold showers except really hot,humid days.
