other than eating some saltine crackers..........i dont really know of anything else. but if you just go ahead and throw up, you will feel better for the time being.

Increase your Folic Acid intake. You can buy it at the Health Food Store or a Raleys or Bel Air Mkt. Make sure you follow the dosing instructions. Also make sure you have enough potassium in your diet (bananas etc). Make sure you have something in your stomach at all times and not just sugars or carbs.
Hope you feel better soon!

Water and ibuprofen. I know I'll get thumbs down for this but what the hell it's the truth..... make yourself sick. Probably won't help now cos I'm guessing it's the morning where you are (evening where i am) but if i have a night out drinking and start feeling sick at night etc, it's better to make yourself sick before you go to bed, get it all out your system!

try not to expose yourself to strong scents, keep the saltines on your nightstand so you can nibble on them before you get moving in the morning, if you start to feel sick try running your wrists under cold water or rub an ice cube on them - the inside of the wrist where your veins are is the area you want to cool down.

Before it gets really bad, eat a few saltines and drink a small glass of ginger ale. I did that with both kids and it worked like a charm.
