you should keep track of them I think and if you have more than 4 in an hour you could be starting labor.

those are contractoins but probably not "labor contractoins" if you can't breath thought them that's when to time them. If you feel the need to push that's when to go to the hospital. IT's not exactly an indication since i have been having those and even very painful contractions for 3 weeks and am 39 weeks now and still no baby, but if they get regular and painful thats when to start paying more attention to them Try going for a walk maybe it will help move things along if it is early labor.

That would be braxton hicks contractions. With or without pain make sure to time them. If it happens more than 6 times in an hour go ahead and call your doctor for an opinion.
I have been having them since about 16wks so it doesn't necessarily mean that labor is near.

could be the start of labor, would start timing them. Labor isn't always as painful as some make it out to be. My last labor only hurt for the last 15 minutes or so. Good luck.

They sound like braxton hicks and they are getting your body ready for labor. I had them every five minutes or so and i called the doc, was strapped up to monitors, but it wasn't the real deal.
The "real" contractions are painful and get stronger and closer together. If this sounds like your contractions, you should call your doc to make sure.

You should check how many times tightening (Contraction) happens in one hour.
Our hospital does not want to use the term "Braxton Hicks" because it is still contractions and they want you to take any tightening seriously.
So please monitor yourself and count how many you get in one hour. If more than 4 times, call you doctor and get checked up.

Those are prelabor pains, you could have those up to a couple weeks before you even go into labor

nope, they are practice contractions. If you get more than four in an hour make sure you aren't dehydrated. all of this is normal preparation for labor.
