I am straight, but I think gay marriage should be allowed. It's doesn't interfere with my right to be straight so I feel it's wrong to interfere with their right to marry.

Yes there are in fact some bi couples who ended up getting married when it was still legal to the same sex. It all depends who they fall in love with.
It doesn't matter if it is holy or not, if they love each other, who cares, let them be happy togeather and get married.
I know this is a sore subject for people because they all think the whole same sex marrage thing is wrong but honestly, you can't stop or convert them from being who they are.

I'm not bi so can't answer the first part. The second part? Kind of. It torques me off a little that people get married for money, or for status, or because they are irresponsibly pregnant, or because they think it would be "cool". What makes marriage "sacred" to me is if two people who love each other commit to make a life together and mean it. That means they try as hard as they can, including counseling, to make their commitment last. If they try and it can't work, I'd rather see them break up than spend a life of misery. But I guess it's the intent they have when they enter into marriage. Oh yeah, that means regardless of gender, but you knew that.

First question: Yes, I would marry someone of the same sex, without a second thought (I have a male preference).
Second question: Though I believe in a higher power, I do not care for religion in the slightest, consequently meaning I do not care if a marriage is "holy" or otherwise.

ur not a wanker first off, lol.
i am all for ppl choosing whoever they wanna be with. im not predjidiced against gay or bi ppl.
i do however have a problem with the notion of 'gay marriage'. the reason being is that God invented it, and since in his eyes, its unholy to be gay/bi, wouldnt gay marriage be a mockery?
but to ans ur qu- i wouldnt marry a member of the same sex. for while i had bi tendencies for a period of my life, i could never consider marriage to another woman.
if the govt say they put their trust in God, they should also respect His holy word!
and yes, it upsets me that marriage isnt taken as seriously as it should be. in so many ways.

i would not marry same sex even if i'm bi because i would be unable to have children of my own...and it would bother me if my marriage was not holy, but just because certain people take part in gay marriages does not mean it has to be non-holy, i know there are many people that think being gay is a sin, but we are all sinners in some way or form and we can still take part in holy things, like go to church or get married...and you don't sound like a wanker! lol i love that word my cousin from londyn uses it and since she moved to L.A i started using it! happy new year!

First, I WILL marry a MAN. Because I am GAY, and proud of it.
Second: why will my marriage not be holy?
It annoys me that I was told by church leaders that it is God's will that I marry a woman, because that is God's design for a man.
They would have me marry a person I am not attracted to, who cannot arouse me and cannot satisfy me. Just to my duty to such a wife, I would have to picture myself with men to arouse myself. Every moment of intimacy in the marriage would be a betrayal of her. To do as I was counselled by church leaders would be to wrong a woman SO deeply.
That would be a marriage that is a violation. THAT marriage would not be holy.
It pisses me off that so many churches actually counsel homosexuals to marry women; claiming that is God's will.
The love for a man that will result in my marriage to him is beautiful and spectacular. Who are you or anyone else to say a union of love it is not holy?

1. yes
2. it doesn't piss me off to be with the one i love, i totally understand that most churches don't believe in same sex marriage, i still value most church culture and beliefs, i still believe some things should be kept holy, however, i am what i am and i can only love the way i know how,
