You know what....I love the big hair days of the 80's, where we'd spend hours using Dippety Doo and gobs of hairspray to get the full hair look! LOL!

NOT for the mullet, though LOLOLOL! Never liked that!

:)

Lava Lamps from the 60's. You could get a good buzz and watch one of those for hours and hours (I still have one).

Also from the 60's were granny glasses (cool, man) and
Nehru jackets (inspired by The Beatles) , remember those!

My favorite to look at in the 60's (again) was Go-Go Boots and Miniskirts (they should revive those)!

I loved the grunge look of the early 90s. Everyone wore plaid shirts, worn-out jeans, beat-up sneakers and stopped combing their hair.
I also liked the wide-spread popularity of wallet chains, Vans/Airwalk sneakers, over sized Dickies pants and brand logo t-shirts in the mid-90s.
For some odd reason, that was refreshing to me. The styles were REALLY laid back.

I liked the big, "Vintage" overcoats from the '80s. Back then you could look stylish and hip on a very small budget. Now it's all about designers, Prada this, Dior that. Back then it was an old coat and a bunch of buttons of your favorite bands.

Hip clothes, love-beads, bell bottom jeans and long hair on both guys and chicks.
Bright colors and Peter Max paintings.
VW vans or buses painted psychedelic colors, with a peace sign on the door.
The '60s &'70s rocked!

Mood stones on other people.

Disco Sucks in 1979 when on July 12th this was Disco Demolition Night at Comiskey Park in Chicago, Illinois. Yeah Baby! (Say it like Austin Powers/aka Mike Myers would).

Gotta say I loved my designer 36 inch stride elephant bells I use to wear in the 60's with my stacked cuban heels.
