First, many say women are raped because of the way they dress. What do you think will happen if they are not dressed at all?
I do believe they do have places where you can legally be naked, just not everywhere.
I think the pros and cons were weighed, and seeing what problems could arise, ( pun here ) the law was put into effect.

Yes, its called indecent exposure.
Not really sure why its a big deal, but it can be uncomfortable for some people. And its not "proper" or "respectful" as some might say.

People jus cant handle it. I wouldnt want everyone being naked, nothing would be sexy anymore

because theres little kids that shouldnt see that until that there older and pluse you hug some one that a diff gender... and that some pople belive that your body is for their soul mate and they re should be the only one to see them ..
