I do not because I do not even know what is top ramen soup,
and about love and food together I am very conservative.
By myself out, I eat whatever smells good or seems delicate.

I love ramen but I will admit after eating it too much, I get bored with it and want something different and better like some good food.... example ---> Crab Cakes

OMG - Yes! (must be the salt?)
I also like to add leftovers (cut up small) to change them up. Sometimes I even stir in a beaten egg - egg drop soup style - as an alternative.

Yes..........Top Ramen got me through College and slightly beyond!
I don't eat it anymore because it's really unhealthy but I do crave it sometimes.

They are convenient when pressed for time or nothing else available but not a good choice for a steady diet primarily because of the high sodium. I add frozen vegetables and leftover meat or frozen shrimp which makes it more nutritious.
