Your best bet is to check backstage.com and search casting calls for Northern CA. It's not completely free, but it's legit. For theatre, you may be able to see enough info to search out the rest on your own. Just look for the theatre name and go to their own website to look for the rest of the audition info.

There's also ActorsAccess.com. You can setup a free account and look at audition notices for free, however if something requires electronic submission there is a fee. If you find a lot of auditions that suit you try subscribing to Showfax (a sides service) for $68 a year which gives you free electronic submission on actorsaccess for the year that you have Showfax. Check into them. If you're under age, have your parents check them out.

You should also be in classes. Always continue training and working your acting, vocal and dancing muscles! That's how you will be best prepared when an audition comes up that is right for you.

good luck,
Marianne

There is no place that is going to have open casting calls that will make an underexperienced, under trained actress a star. This is an urban myth. For a teen to become an actor, their parents have to work very hard for them finding them experience and training and eventually an agent. That's reality.

the ideal thank you to get entangled with appearing fairly in L.A. is to get a robust agent and in the journey that your searching for one with disney attempt CESD it is between the ideal after which you will get an agent and that they are going to make it easier to locate roles for appearing.
