I'm just guessing...
Cereliah - Sir-re-lee-a
Cerelya - Ser-re-el-ya
Cerelayh - Ser-re-lay
Serelia - Ser-re-lee-a
Sereliah - Ser-re-el-ee-a
Serelya - Ser-re-el-ya
Cerelia - Ser-re-el-ee-a
Like I said, I'm guessing on the pronounciations...
I like unique names like this...Serelya is my favorite.

It sounds like it will be pronounced Se-rah-lee-uh for some, Sa-rel-ya for other spellings.
did you hear it some where? I don't like it, sorry.
I do like these better that are close:
Celenia (had a student by that name once)
Sara
Selena
Celine
Serena
Celeste

I think possible pronunciations would be:
sir-EL-ee-uh
sir-EL-yuh
sair-uh-LEE-uh
It reminds me a bit of cereal.
