My daughter who is 17 walks past a clothes shop most days on the way to the cafe and everytime she walks past the clothes shop, he is stood there staring at her and smiling.
First couple of times my daughter didn't think anything of it because he was helpful when she shopped there but now this man is everywhere she goes in the mall.
What should she do because she is finding it hard to work in the same enviroment as this weirdo?

I'd laugh about this question for a week having read his post about her stalking him......then I'd call the police on him.

So, which is it: is he standing there and staring, or is he following her around the mall?
If he has a job at the mall and she has a job at the mall, and they work in different stores, I don't think one could be stalking the other without losing a job. Time should take care of it.

Don't worry. Your other ID is complaining about how your daughter is stalking him. They should be a happy (but only virtual) couple.

Has he bothered her in any way, other than noticing her and being nice to her and saying hello? If not, there is not much you can do, other than have your daughter tell him to back off, she is not interested. Go along with her and let him know his attention is unwanted and that he understands you are aware of his eye on your daughter.

Have her talk to mall security to see what they suggest. Since he is actually not doing anything illegal....the local police department would not be able to help.
