2006 Swedish Olympic team was pretty darn good.

Red Army CCCP team was dominant!

And just a personal fave of mine, for obvious reasons. 1980 USA Hockey team meant more to me than any other.

Historically speaking, the Montreal Canadiens are. Right now, I'd say the Detroit Red Wings kill.

I'm a Canadiens fan, living in Montreal, so I cheer for them, though I know better days are behind... and hopefully in the future.

The Red Wings are the best right now in the standings. But they don't give the Stanley Cup to teams who finish best in the standings.

Red Wings by a mile. Unfortunately, the Cup doesn't always go to the best team.

Red Wings seem to be playing the best. However, they've won alot of Presidents Cups and not won Stanley Cups those years.
