You can't. For the same reasons that you cannot find their phone numbers or home addresses.
There are too many people who are stalkers and dangerous out in the world, and everyone has to protect themselves.
I am sure the so called celebrities appreciate their fans, but they do not need to be hounded and hunted in their everyday lives.

They don't publicize them. However, many celebs have admitted to hanging out on the net anonomously.
Sandra Bullock admitted to trolling her own fansites and trying to stir things up just to see how people would react. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon also admitted to posting on message boards. A webmistress from one of Viggo Mortensen's fan sites posted something she thought was true and was emailed promptly that it wasn't - by Viggo himself!
You never know who you will run into!

look up their FAN MAIL SITES! u still get the chance to chat with them and its a lot less stalkerish!

Unfortunately you can't, because they're all private, and I don't think they're silly enough to scream out loud: "Hey, I'm Johnny Depp, and you can have my e-mail! Come and get it!", don't you?
