Tampa is in the playoffs and want to go into the playoffs winning.
Buffalo is out of the playoffs and want to end with a 500 record so they want to win.

Tampa Bay is locked into the forth seed, they aren't playing for anything. The only thing Tampa wants to do is no have any more injuries going into the postseason and make sure that they aren't completely rusty going into the playoffs. Buffalo has no shot of the postseason, so I'm guessing pride, plus they want to end the season on a good note. Plus you might have some players playing for next season.

It doesn't really mean anything to Tampa Bay becuase they are in the playoffs and play the Giants in the first round so they might play there starters a little bit so they are ready for the playoff game/ The bills are playing to end the season on a good note and be 500
