calll the doctors office and tell them you need to set an apt...they may ask you who your doctor is, if your not on insurance just say you don't have one. if you are on insurance it still doesn't matter, you just have to give them your insurance info.......but then your mom will know if it is on her insurance

As far as what doctor maybe you could talk to some of your friends and get a referral from them. As to the how to set up an appointment.,Just call the desired doctors office and tell them you would like to make an appointment to see the doctor and then they will ask you several questions (name, address, phone number, and insurance information) just answer the questions and they will do the rest. Be ready with a calendar if you have specific days you can go. Good Luck!!

ring them up and ask the receptionist for a appointment, doesn't matter about what doctor your normally see, you will just get the whoever free at the same time you are free , have in mind a few days that you know you are going to be free or off work , do note they are really busy this time of year so you may not be able to see a doctor for ages, unless its something urgent

Call the number for your family doctor. My name is ____ and I'd like to set up an appointment for Dr. ________. They might ask if you're a new patient or returning patient. If new, they'll ask for more info when you get there. They'll ask what you'd like to see the doctor for. Give a general response - "it's a recurring skin rash" or whatever. They'll give you a date and time. You'll get in sooner if it's an urgent matter, and maybe in a few days or more if it's rather routine and not urgent. It begins with the first call to the receptionist.

1) Get the number for the surgery from the phone book.
2) Call them, in office hours.
3) Tell them you want to make an appointment, and specify if its urgent (same day) or routine, and if you specifically need to see a female doctor.
4) Write down the time and date they give you, and turn up at the surgery at that time. Voila.

ring the surgery and ask for an appointment...youll probably have to wait ages, but if its urgent tell that to the person on the other end of the line. They might not be able to let you see your own gp it depends on the staffing that week. if its really important and urgent you could always ring nhs direct for advice.

Just say 'good morning/afternoon/evening, i'd like to make an appointment please' then give your name and date of birth.
They should know from your records your Drs name but If they ask for the name you could just say that you havent been for a while and you have forgotton their name.
Best of luck
