Here's what Wikipedia has to say about the upcoming book, "Bratfest at Tiffany's." Clever title:

"Bratfest at Tiffany's is the 9th book in the bestselling Clique series by Lisi Harrison. Lisi has mentioned in a web chat that it is about how the Pretty Committee will deal with going to a co-ed school, right after making a vow to give up on boys forever. She has also stated that it will be from Alicia's point of view, just like Revenge of the Wannabes. It is scheduled to be released February 5th, 2008."

Amazon just gives a general overview of the series, though the book is available for pre-order on their site:

"The Clique tells the story of an elite group of thirteen-year-old girls from the wealthy suburbs north of New York City, the likes of whom the world has never before seen. Through the coolly observant eyes of their leader, Massie Block, we enter a sophisticated suburban world of ferocious put-downs, fabulous gossip, and fantastic Frederic Fekkai haircuts. The Clique. . . . The only thing harder than getting in is staying in."

Breakfast at Tiffany's is a short story written by Truman Capote and later the inspiration for the movie of the same name.

It is a story about 2 disenchanted people equally afraid of commitment, success, and failure, running from themselves as much as the rest of society. Through the story they address their weaknesses and fears as well as discover what truly makes them happy (each other). The title of the film and book are drawn from the scene in which Holly has introspective moments eating a breakfast roll while looking in the window of Tiffany's jewelry store...hence "Breakfast at Tiffany's.

If you're a movie buff, the film is a black and white must see classic. If you're a reader, Truman Capote was one of the most controversial and high-profile though least prolific writers of the "Beat" generation which included the original trio of Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, and William S. Burroughs, and expanded into the 70's to include others like Bob Dylan.
