A woman i knew told me that a woman wearing a skirt & closed toe high heels without stockings is slutty, but if the shoe is open it's not. Is that true & who makes these rules?

NO! it all depends on how short the skirt is. its kinda obvious when its s1utty or cute. and, HELLO?! pumps ROCK! the "rules" are just every woman's opinions mashed up together.

I think its funny that a lot of girls on here are saying only ugly girls think that heels and short skirts are slutty. There are MILLIONS of attractive, respectable women that choose not to look slutty. Yes, most short skirts and high heels outfits are slutty. Of course your friend has a point. Open shoes and a short skirt imply that the weather is nice and its hot out. Closed toe shoes tend to represent prostitutes... just watch the movies.. But that's not really the rule, you just gotta know when you cross the line. Of course you get a lotta looks in a trashy outfit, but you rarely find what your really looking for. Women can be even more attractive in an outfit they are confident in, whether it be a suit, jeans and a t-shirt or a dress... Hope that answers your question.

Why would it matter if the shoe is closed toed or not??
But if the skirt is really short, then yes, high heels can make it really slutty looking.

Well if the skirt is so shirt that a chick's butt is hanging out, I would call that slutty. I think that the woman that told you that was just a big prude. There is no such rule.

if the woman who is wearing the skirt and pumps wants to look like a slut than she can. so yes that clothing is slutty.

No body makes the rules.. If in a girls looks bad, could be that in another one looks great. It think is on body structure, accessories she wears and attitude.

I don't think there are rules.
There are too many other factors...
like how short the skirt is... if the heels have ankle straps... if the girl looks like she gets paid by the hour...

it depends on how you rock it when i do it is very non slutty because it is me and plus like how it looks on me it jist depends on how the woman hold herself if she acts like a slut she will be seen like a slut
