Ugh, don't get me started. In my son's kindergarten class, there's twins "Aaron and Erin". A boy and a girl; its absolutely ridiculous. I also know a couple who named their twins "Anastazja and Anuhbelle". Spelled exactly like that.
If I had twin girls, they would be named Andrea and Violet. If it was twin boys, they would be named Sam and Jake.

Lemonjello and Orangejello. Although that could be an urban legend.
I've also heard of Deneice and Denephew.
If I had twins, they'd be: Catherine and Juliana (two girls, obviously); Kenneth and Conor (two boys); and alliterative names for a boy/girl set (Catherine and Kenneth or Conor; Juliana and Jeremy).
