you don't without damaging the spindle even more. get a new spindle. safer, faster and in the long run--cheaper.

They can usually be removed with the aid of a torch. Just heat the bearing race and not the spindle.
Or, you can crack it with a sharp chisel and a good hard blow from a hammer. Just make sure to wear some eye protection.

If worse comes to worse, call local junk yards for a replacement spindle. These used parts are safe to use.and cheaper than new ones. Make sure your new bearing is properly lubed!!!
