When ashley is on the bottom floor trapped and luis just died how do you get to ashley

Use your rifle with the scope to shoot the bars carefully to release Ashley. Aim at the edges of the bars near the wall so you don't hit her. Once she is free, keep shooting the enemies, don't let them take Ashley away! After you eliminate the enemies, Ashley will pick up a key, and you'll have to control her for a while until she reaches Leon.

You have to use the sniper to shoot the shackles off, and then zombies are going to come and you have to kill them

dont let her die jus keep killing the ppl the she will get a key and u become her and then you have to get to to leon....
