what are all of the old wives' tales about how to find out the sex of your baby

They're just that, old wives tales, as in nothing to pay attention to.
However some CLAIM that if conception occurred in missionary poition, more likely a girl, woman on top = boy.
Sounds kinda backwards to me though . . .

lol! Aren't those just crazy! I love the hair on your legs one! lol! I heard that when your bum is big it is a girl and when you dont show that much except for a big tummy it is a boy! But damn, look at old Britney SPears, she was fat and had 2 x boys!! So, old wives....
My mom does this thing with a thread and the persons wedding ring. She makes them lie on their back and she winds teh string up then leaves it - if is geos in circles its a girl and back and forth its a boy. Has never failed. most prob luck!

I was just looking this up cause im courious also. I saw if the hair on your legs grow faster its a boy cause of the hormones and if ur broken out really bad then a gurl cause of the hormones and take a necklace over ur stomach and if it goes back and forth a boy and side to side gurl. Craving sweets gurl and sour boy. If your right breast is bigger boy and left gurl and both the same twins. Just type in How to find out if its a boy or girl in google and you'll get sites.

There is a needle thing when you put it on some string and put it over your hand and if it doesn in circles its a girl and if it swings back and forth its a boy but you need someon to do it for you.

They say if your carrying on front and its pointing like a cone, its a boy. If your carrying round and to the back , its a girl. They also say when its a boy, your mood is bad and if its a girl, your very happy.
