Talk, talk and more talk is what's needed.

You've just had a baby, your husband is on medication and thoughts of adultery are about.

Both of you need to focus on the other person's needs as well as what is best for the baby. Often, there just isn't anything left 'in the pot' after a long day of work and taking care of the family. Maybe your husband is consumed by the new responsibilities of family, maybe he's frightened of the possibilities of you getting pregnant again. Open dialogue - and I mean HONEST discussions about what you each feel and want, with each of you being more compassionate about the other than with yourself, will usually bring out the problem. Once identified, the solution can be discussed. Both of you to remember that there's a third person who needs you both.

Wow, twice a month huh? That's 2 more times than my wife and I have sex a month. I have the same problem as you.

He might need to lay off the other pills for a while, even the depression meds if possible. Get his system cleansed and then try some libido increasing pills.

Good luck.
