ROTFLMAO over that "So many things can happen when you Flambeau." A very good point, LOL!

I am planning on baked chicken tonight and it will probably turn out Flambeaued without the welding torch because I always forget about the food cooking while I am on here. But then again I might forget to even put it in the oven or if I remember that I might forget to turn the oven on. So many things can happen when you Flambeau.

A gas torch is what we call them, but they would be ideal. By adjust the flame you could lightly brown it, or at full blast sear it black in seconds.
