The town I was born in hasn't produced anyone famous, but Walter Chysler was born in Wamego, Kansas, the town I went to high school in.
When we lived in Hawaii my mother worked with Mark David Chapman. He is the psycho-goober who killed John Lennon.
Now I live in Kansas City, and one the most famous men in the world got his start right here. Walt Disney!
Oh, and to I (heart) Country - I know who Stu Roosa is. He flew to the moon with Al Shepard!

uhm, theres a Much VJ (Much Music host), Canada's 2nd fastest runner, my friend Carey, his sister plays in the WNBA and a ton of NHL hockey players live here.
and the mounty that was shot dead, Douglas Scott, is from where I live. brockville was SO busy during his funeral.
and about 40 minutes out of town, Canada's first Canadian Idol.
