An induced magnet is one that had megnetism introduced to it. For example, if you place a magnet on a screwdriver for long enough, it will retain some of the magnetic properties. You can demagnetize it by introducing an opposite magnetic field.

Many people will ignore vague questions such as "help please". If you had put "what is an induced magnet?", you would have received more answers.

Glad I could help! ;)
